You should not use the infrared sauna during your during the menstrual period, and/or if you’ve had an acute joint injury within 48 hours of your planned session. There is no evidence that you can’t visit the sauna daily, however, it suggested that you limit your sessions to a max of 45 minutes, no more than 3-4 times per week.
You will feel the warm relaxing penetration of heat in the body but may also feel mild to moderate heat discomfort. You may also experience low blood pressure, light-headed, minor leg pain, or airway irritation. This is normal.

You may feel sluggish or even sick. This is temporary, mostly because of dehydration which isn’t apparent because you may not have sweated. Drink fluids and you’ll be right as rain.
